What's the difference between Bloomy and other brands?
Great question! We're an honest, family-ran business based in Orange County, California. Our nimble and mighty team is passionate about our customers, your beautiful children and the products that we offer. At Bloomy, we’ve crafted the necessary vitamins your children need to support their fullest potential. Made with clean, sustainable ingredients you can count on — even with strict diets.
Where are your gummies made?
Our gummies are proudly made in the United States with trusted suppliers that are certified by the NSF, GMP, and FDA Registered, the golden standard of supplement production. Our raw materials are ethically and sustainably sourced around the world and created locally!
Are your products vegetarian and vegan friendly?
We stand by our vegetarian and plant based community! Our full product line includes vegetarian and vegan friendly formulas.
Are bloomy vitamins suitable for kids allergic to gluten or tree nuts?
Our product line is major allergen, tree nut (with the exception of coconut oil), and gluten free (with the exception of organic probiotics).
Are bloomy vitamins dairy free?
All of our products are dairy, gelatin, and soy free!
Are bloomy vitamins kosher?
Yes! Our full product line is kosher.
Are you actually 100% plastic-free?
Yes! Every single material we use is 100% plastic free. From our glass jars to our shipping boxes, our full product line is either 100% recycled and reused material, recyclable, or 100% home compostable.
How are you carbon neutral?
We offset carbon emmisions from every order by donating a small portion of the shipping cost to EcoCart, an environmental technology company that helps reduce the effects of climate change by funding renewable energy, forestry, or clean water projects. These projects reduce emissions of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases in order to compensate for emissions made elsewhere, like the emissions created from ordering something online.
How are you plastic free?
Bloomy is 100% committed to our Plastic-Free & Carbon Neutral Initiative. We have eliminated all traces of single-use plastic and only use materials that are 100% recyclable or home compostable. We also carbon offset all shipments to eliminate our carbon footsteps.
What materials are your jars made with?
Our jars are 100% glass with an aluminum lid.
What materials are your packaging made with?
Our shipping packages all made from recycled cardboard, kraft paper, or repurposed newspaper.
Are you Carbon Neutral?
Yes! Bloomy offsets all shipments to elimate our carbon footsteps by donating a portion of our shipping costs to a a Spruce forest in Massachusetts that captures over 100,000 metric tonnes of harmful carbon dioxide every year.
Are your materials recyclable?
Yes! Everything, down to your shipping label can be recycled.

Although we don't recommend home composting our shipping packages or glass jar, our full product line and shipping materials can and should composted!
I need to edit or change my order!
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll try our best to adjust it the way you want it before it's too late! Please include your order number with "request for adjustment" in the subject line. For example: Order #12345 - Request for Adjustment.
Can I cancel my order once I place it?
We are happy to cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet! If your order is prepped for shipping, we aren't able to cancel. Please do your best to get to us ASAP! Email us at email@example.com and include your order with with "Cancel" in your subject line. For example: Order #12345 - Cancel Order.
You sent the wrong order!
We're so sorry! In the off chance that we sent you the wrong product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the product you were sent and a screenshot of your order details that you had originally placed.
Can I order samples before I purchase a 30 day supply?
Yes! Not only can you order a week supply, we'll cover the shipping. You can place your order of free samples here :)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free. No questions asked :)
What shipping carrier do you ship with?
We ship with UPS and USPS!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We only offer standard ground shipping at this time.
Is your shipping insured?
Our ground packages are not insured, but you can always purchase our insured shipping that covers and guarantees your order to arrive - or we'll refund you the full amount of your order.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We will aim to action refunds within 5 business days. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take 5-7 business days to clear into your account.
What is a subscription product?
Great question! A subscription product is simply a product you've purchased from Bloomy Wellness that ships to your door step every thirty days. Thousands of happy mothers take advantage of the perks which include: never leaving the house, never running out of gummies, and always having the essential vitamins and nutrients your little ones need to support their fullest potential! The best part? You're in total control. You can always skip your upcoming shipment, swap your products, adjusting your shipping address/credit card, and cancel if you need to.
Do I have an account I can log into?
Yes! You can always access your account here, and if you don't have an account, you can always make one by clicking here. When you place an order, you should also receive an email accompanying your order confirmation to set up your account!
How can I check what active subscriptions I have?
You can log into your account here. Once you've entered your customer portal, navigate to "subscriptions" and you can view your current and previous subscriptions!
How do I know when my upcoming order is on the way?
Three days before your subscription ships, we will send you a friendly email and text message reminder. If you'd like to know in advance, you can check your account at any time!
How often does the subscription charge me?
By default, we ship your recurring order every thirty days. If you'd like your order sooner or later, you can always adjust it in your customer portal.
What if I want to change my subscription product?
If you'd like to adjust your product, simply log in to your customer portal, navigate to "subscriptions" and click "Add Product".
What if I want to skip my upcoming subscription?
If you'd like to skip your upcoming subscription, simply log in to your customer portal, navigate to "delivery schedule" and click "Skip Shipment". You can also skip your shipment via your three day reminder email / text.
Do I get charged shipping for my subscription?
No! Shipping is always free :)
How can I change my shipping address?
If you'd like to adjust your shipping address, simply log in to your customer portal, navigate to "billing information" and click "Billing Information".
How can I change my card payment?
If you'd like to adjust your card information, simply log in to your customer portal, navigate to "billing information" and click "Card on File".
How do I cancel my order?

Can I purchase your Bloomy Wellness products without a subscription?
